The Challenge
Geospatial capability was fragmented across teams, tools, and workflows. The challenge was to create a more connected operating model where data, standards, and analysis could scale more effectively across a large international operation.
Approach & Methods
Audited existing data architecture, defined governance standards and metadata conventions, deployed advanced aerial mapping workflows using UAV platforms with LiDAR, optical, and magnetic sensors, and led the architectural transformation toward interconnected geospatial data structures.

Outcomes & Impact
A stronger foundation for connected geospatial intelligence and more coherent enterprise practice. Documented standards adopted across the organisation. Advanced aerial mapping capabilities deployed and fragmented spatial systems consolidated.
Reflection
“The true value of geospatial capability appears when it shifts from isolated technical production to integrated decision infrastructure. The governance framework was as important as the technology choices.”
